24X7 Mission Connectivity

The Atteloir Team, supports an on call schedule that requires our engineers to be on site within 3 hours or less for an emergency and within 24 hours or less for minor equipment and maintenance issues. The team supports sites with multiple conference rooms, class rooms and auditoriums as well as thousands of daily users a locations such as Bethesda Maryland, multiple Northern Virginia, North Carolina, Washington DC locations and numerous other CONUS locations.

The Atteloir Team is responsible for 99% up time, performing upgrades as needed to systems that include satellites and other broadcast equipment with almost weekly requirements for ordering and installing a wide array of A/V technology from most of the top vendors used by major DoD installations world wide. Orders and shipments are coordinated with corporate back office support and delivered to the various sites using standard procedures. In addition to the on call requirements, the Atteloir Team supports a 24 hour on call schedule needed to respond to issues at all of the sites supported.

The Atteloir Team consists of highly experienced design build A/V engineers and programmers. The programmers support AMX customized development while the engineers support the AMX, Extron, JVC, NEC, Audio Technica, Dell, Barco, D-Link, Bosde, Sony, Pioneer, Panasonic, CISCO, BIAMP and literally hundreds of other equipment and associated cabling and integration requirements needed to keep our mission critical DoD customer connected to the world at all times.

The same product relationships, experience, quality, project management skill, staff and expertise that Atteloir brings to the forefront for mission critical DoD customers in support of their critical A/V and Digital Multimedia needs is used four customers in the commercial sector that may only have one classroom or conference room or a small number of regional or other geographic locations.
